The foundation’s mission is to train and develop talented sailors, preparing them to compete against world-class teams and win prestigious regattas. We offer young sailors from one-design and dinghy classes (420, 470, 49er) the opportunity to transition into big boat and offshore racing. Our team has proven its potential by winning some of the most prestigious offshore regattas in the Mediterranean.

The 2025 sailing season includes a series of prestigious races and events for our team, aimed at testing our skills and competing at the highest level. The season will feature both offshore and inshore events across Europe, with each race bringing unique challenges and opportunities for performance improvement.

The foundation was established in 2022 with the goal of fostering youth talent in competitive sailing, providing opportunities for growth, and promoting excellence in the sport.

The first race with the Red Bandit was the 2022 Rolex Giraglia.

Our core team is composed of 10 sailors, providing consistency and fostering continuous development. In addition, the RedBandit cohort includes a pool of nearly 60 sailors, offering opportunities for broader participation. We prioritize maintaining a high standard of sailing excellence while supporting the growth of our sailors. By staying true to our youth-focused ethos, we ensure a dynamic and evolving team, with room for new talent and ongoing development throughout the season.
